Lazio humiliated AC Milan 4-0 at home in Serie A on Tuesday, extending the champions’ winless streak to five games in all competitions.

Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, Mattia Zaccagni, Luis Alberto, and Felipe Anderson scored to put Maurizio Sarri’s team in third place, one point behind AC Milan and 13 behind leaders Napoli.

AC Milan’s recent poor form continued after they were beaten 3-0 by Internazionale in the Italian Supercup last Wednesday and crashed out of the Coppa Italia in the last 16 against 10-man Torino the week before.

In Germany, Bayern Munich’s Joshua Kimmich scored a 90th-minute equaliser against Cologne to keep his team four points clear at the top of the Bundesliga.

The German champions had possession but were far less effective than their opponents, who appeared to be stealing the three points thanks to Ellyes Skhiri’s fourth-minute volley at the far post. Kimmich, on the other hand, scored a long-range effort to lift Bayern, who have now drawn their last two league games, to 36 points.

Earlier, RB Leipzig scored four first-half goals against Schalke in a 6-1 demolition to move into second place and extend their unbeaten run to 15 games in all competitions. Leipzig, who will face Manchester City in the last 16 of the Champions League next month, dominated the home side from the start and had already scored twice after a quarter of an hour. Wolfsburg also ran riot away from home, winning 5-0 against strugglers Hertha Berlin to leapfrog Dortmund into European contention.
