Breaking : Rihanna Confirms Pregnancy after her SuperBowl performance
Rihanna confirms pregnancy , following her widely publicised Super Bowl 2023 performance, which ‘broke the internet’ as she made her musical comeback.
Rihanna, 34, is expecting her second child just a few months after having her first.
On Sunday (February 12), the music sensation sent the internet into a frenzy with her top-grossing performance, in which she wore an all-red ensemble that prompted fans to speculate if she was pregnant.
Following her electrifying performance, the award-winning singer’s representative confirmed that she is indeed pregnant with her second child with rapper A$AP Rocky.
Neither A$AP nor Rihanna have publicly responded to the news. However, rapper A$AP Ferg was photographed cheering on his partner during her performance in Arizona.
It comes after Rihanna performed the halftime show without introducing another performer, prompting fans to suggest that the baby was her “surprise guest”.
“So when #rihanna told @nateburleson there was gonna be a surprise guest at the halftime show, I’m betting that the BABY is the surprise guest #JustSayin #SuperBowl,” a fan tweeted.
Earlier in the week, during the first episode of Nate’s podcast, Rihanna revealed that there would be a surprise guest during her performance.
Fans noticed she didn’t introduce another performer during her Super Bowl appearance, and many assumed her “surprise guest” was her blossoming pregnancy.
Rihanna and her partner A$AP welcomed their first child, a boy whose name has yet to be revealed, in May 2022.
Rihanna spoke to Vogue about her pregnancy when she was expecting her first child.
“When I found out I was pregnant, I thought to myself, ‘There’s no way I’m going to go shopping in no maternity aisle,'” she said.
